TAC RV and Trailer, Moyock, NC Two Thumbs Up!

Bought a Sundance fifth wheel yesterday from Kevin at TAC RV and Trailer in Moyock, NC at the VA line. Everybody we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Kevin was great at making suggestions when we first started looking to switch RV models. He was also patient with our questions and us going back and forth on three floorplans.

Prep for delivery was great. The service tech walked through everything on the RV (as I would expect) and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we were turned loose. Very glad we stopped in to look around, and glad we bought from TAC.

Had our first experience with the TAC service folks after our shake down trip. Noticed the kitchen side slide was jerking and appeared to have a weak motor. Called them when we were leaving the campground and they told us to come and they would take a look at it. Even though we arrived at lunch time, a tech met us and started to troubleshoot our issue. Unfortunately, we had to leave the RV for a more involved repair. However the staff, from service manager to the techs, were very helpful and accommodating. The repair went smoothly and the RV was ready before the promised time frame. So even though it has been less than a month so far, we are very happy with TAC RV!
