hello, I hope I will describe my problem well…. my thermostat with several zones no longer works (bighorn 3270rl 2016) just the fan mode works…. the furnace mode does not work. how I can go about adding a zone (before the furnace mode, air conditioning and fan worked fine. I think my programming is faulty… .. here are a photo of the steps I did…. thank you in advance

Even though it's a 4 zone thermostat, only zone 1 is used. And you probably have more than 1 thermostat - only 1 of them operates the furnace - there's no wiring to the other(s). So if this is the thermostat that previously operated the furnace, you'll need to diagnose the problem. If it's a different thermostat, there's nothing wrong. On furnace operation, if the furnace blower doesn't start, check for a blown fuse. Don't rely on the LED lights in the fuse box - they only illuminate when there's a load on the circuit AND a blown fuse.

If the thermostat won't fire up the air conditioner that it controls, and that not a result of you attempting to reprogram it, look for an error code and check the circuit breakers in the main panel.

thank you, previously I had zone 1 and 4 displayed…. is it possible that I may have erased the Programming of the thermostat and the unit (install on the roof) by mistake ?? all my fuses are good ... at one point i saw an E1 error message ... it has not reappeared …… .. I have to leave for Florida next January and at the moment I need my furnace because at home it is 40 degrees at the moment. Thank you for your help

E1 is a communication error code. Carefully take the thermostat off the wall. I say carefully because I was pulling one of my thermostats off the wall, it came loose and flew out of my hand and the wire connector ripped off the back. I had to buy a new thermostat.
Anyway, you will find a cable with a RJ11 modular plug on the back. Unplug the cable and plug it back in a couple of times. If there is a connection problem this should clean the contacts.
After replacing the thermostat on the wall, do a system reset. With the thermostat in the OFF mode, simultaneously press and hold the MODE and ZONE buttons. When the display reads IniT release the buttons. Press the ON/OFF button to exit set up.
If the thermostat is controlling one zone as mine do, you will see one Zone displayed. Press the MODE button to go to Cool or Furn.

One other thought, have you checked that you have 12 volts from the batteries? The furnace and controls are 12 volt.
