Goodyear or Sailun tires. Do not go cheep unless you like to potentially fix blowout damage. Ply rating? Go for the good track record tire and look at the load/pressure rated tire chart for that brad and tire. You will find that the ply rating will be higher for the better tires.

To add to what Marc stated you may want to think about getting a TPMS also to keep an eye on your pressure and temperature of your tires.
