Trouble with Norcold 1210 not working on electric

Looking at changing our my Norcold with a residential fridge in my 2015 3570RS and would like suggestions on what model I should look at

Shut off is working and breaker was checked. Fridge is not reporting any problems just not cooling. Ran last night on gas burner Gas ran continuous but still not cooling

Pull the wire for the thermistor, it's behind the fridge lite and runs to the cooling fins.
This will cause the fridge to run non stop.
Then wait 24 hours without opening the door. 24 hours later the fridge should be freezing cold.
Do you know how to retrieve your codes from the controll panel?
I can send you a link for the 1210 Norcold service manual.

Are the external fans running? If the unit is “running, and showing no error codes but not cooling that would be my first evaluation
If you’re not sure, remove the bottom external grill and place a small fan there to blow air up across the back of the unit. If temp drops then the unit’s thermostat has likely failed.
