2014/15 Landmark Newport. I’m running down an E1 error code on my thermostat. Removed the cover on the associated roof unit. Checked the communication cable connections. They look perfect. While doing all this, I noticed a red wire pair with lug attached coming out of the control box and just laying in the base of the unit. Wasn’t obvious to me it had been connected somewhere. Maybe it’s unused for my model? Wanted to figure it out before I put everything back together.
