Unknown hoses in compartment??

I have a 2017 Torque TQ325 - What are the 2 hoses in the front dump valve (handle) compartment? (2 white garden hose-like drains)?

It sounds like you are not the first owner. Those hoses could be something a previous owner added.
Can you post a picture?

Just guessing here but it looks like one is for the black tank flush, (fitting right above that open door). And the other may be for your fresh water inlet, (right above the outdoor receptacle).
You could cut the hoses and run some water from those two water ports to find out. Then splice them back together.
Just a guess here.

Coming through walls/dividers without anti-chaffing grommets doesn't look OEM factory to me.

on my 2018 Torque TQ 327 those are the overflow hoses for the fresh water tank.

Yep, like Dahillbilly suggested, freshwater tank overflow. On our Road Warrior there are also 2, but our freshwater tank is located over the axles.
