Warranty issues!

Is anyone having a lot of issues with their Heartland camper and trying to get Heartland to repair the issues? Or trouble with your dealer being competent enough to make the repairs? We bought our 5th wheel brand new in February of 2022 and it has been at the dealership for 12 of the last 14 months waiting on repairs. Any major issues that aren’t being taken care of?

Have you talked with Heartland yourself, if not call them & ask what warranty claims have been submitted. Be polite with whoever you speak with & have the last six numbers of your VIN handy, they will need that to look up the claims. Document when & who you talk with!! What you talk about.

Don't use the dealer: they have their money and are basically done with you and your rig. After you call Heartland ask for an Independent repair shop near you for repairs.
