Hi, I'm Daz and I live in the UK, and thanks for letting me join such an informative group. We recently purchased a Wilderness 2875BH 2014. We are having a few issues with the slide out, the dinette and couch side. it seems to be off and unbalanced? Once it is fully out the top is flush were the bottom seem to have about 4 inches to go before it is flush. I have searched the internet and found various videos on how to adjust the cables, my question is has anyone done this before and if so how easy is it for a novice owner.

You most likely have a BAL slide mechanism. You can find the manual for that by clicking on the Tools button in the menu bar above. Or click HERE.

You can also do a YouTube search for the BAL electric slide adjustment or repair. There are some pretty good videos.
