MaxxAir Cover Install Question

Hello. I have a 2015 Big Country 3650RL. I am in the process of installing two MaxxAir vent covers. Well one is installed but one is not. <Grin>

The MaxxAir that goes on the vent to my bathroom is installed - easy - about a 15 minute job.

The MaxxAir that was going to install on my vent that has my Fantastic Fan in my Kitchen is not installed. The standard installation doesn't seem to be applicable to this Fantastic Fan vent. Any tips or hints?

I don't know which variety you purchased, but there is a special type for the Fantastic vent. I bought the MaxxAir II for the bathroom and a MaxxAir Fan Mate for the Fantastic vent. It installs basically the same way.

The Max Air II is recommended for the Fantastic Fan. Installation is the same. What seems to be the problem?
