Remote for lights and miscellaneous 2014, 3110

We purchased a 3110 and I am wondering if this unit should have come with a remote for lights and miscellaneous? My less than delightful dealer knows nothing about it. Thanks for any input.

Thanks, I had an online chat with them this morning and found out that my unit was not built with the remote option.
