I wanted to put out an idea for a Heartland-related event that groups could do at a rally.
Last night I was watching the movie "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", which I love for the Beatles music. I know, I know, it IS sort of campy, and the Beatles DON'T perform the music, but the band's hometown and a word that is seen on signs througout the movie is "HEARTLAND".
So, get a DVD and a video projector, throw up a sheet on the side of one of the rigs, break out the libations, and break into song along with the movie.
