Dual Wheel Valve Stems

Has anyone found a good solution to checking and putting air into the inside rear tires? I am thinking about valve stem extentions. I believe that the inside wheel is a steel rim--the front and ouside rims are aluminum. There appears to be several options-extentions, new longer stems, flexible stems, solid stems, etc. Another consideration is the angle that the stem may need to bend. I will be using the Presure Pro monitoring system. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have the valve stem extensions on my truck, see sig, and I picked them up at Camping World. Mine are flexible, chrome plated wire mesh at least six inches long and I ran them through the holes in the wheels and pop riveted to the center cap on the outside dual. I do not have the tire monitoring system yet but that is coming in a few weeks. I have also seen these at the Ford dealer and finer auto part stores.
