We just purchased a new 2011 North Trail FBS. After extensive research and trips to dealers we found that this travel trailer was built the best for our price range and use.
From the trailer frame all the way to the roof this trailer is built solid. The floor plan is perfect for two people and the length is just right.
After purchasing the RV Comparison guide from jrconsumer.com. This publication I consider extremely valuable. (This is the only comparison guide we could find to rate the companies, RV's and provide construction details so that you know your not paying a Cadillac price for a Volkswagon.) Then researching the blogs about different companies and problems with the their RV's and finally testing different companies customer service by contacting them and asking questions. We found Heartland to be the best in every category we looked at.
Although we have yet to use the North Trail trailer, we are very confident we made the best choice and know that Heartland will take care of us if the need arises.
