Contact your dealer and HL with your VIN# and they should replace it for you. What brand is the DVD unit?? You could call them and ask for a replacement. They are the ones that warrenty the unit anyway. Why would you refer to your coach as a "lemon". One thing you have to remember is that HL does not build any of the parts in your coach except the fiberglass box that all these componets are in. Any componet such as the TV, fridge, microwave DVD players, and etc are covered under that manufacturers warrenty. Make sure that you have filled out all the warrenty papers for the various componets and have mailed them in. Lots of things are covered for 2-3 years after the 1 year HL warrenty has expired. Most everything HL can help you with.....but they are just the "go between" for you on these componets.
