After reading the great comments by JBeletti and others, we were convinced to become Millenicom subscribers. Since receiving the unit, we have had two nights of no WiFi and now are experiencing slow speed and very little signal. They sent a signal to reset the jet pack to make it work after the issue of being down for two nights. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Is there a way to boost the signal strength? The only devices connected are 2 phones and a PC. Please help, becoming very frustrated.
