Just purchased an Open Road 20FBS with an IRv 36 Radio. I assume that your radio works correctly. Mine was working at the dealers, but at home I can only get static on 1 FM channel, and it will not play my songs from a USB thumb drive. I have a Wienguard Air 360 antenna. Am I missing something...

We just purchased a Highland Ridge Open Range 20FBS that has an iRV36 radio. The radio worked at the dealership but get nothing but static at home. Do I need an antenna, does the trailer have one? It wont even play songs from my thumb drive.
