Heartland said that due to the radius roof, there are no ladder options for this coach. I replied back and said I see dealer installed ladders on these all the time. Basically the same as a Cyclone.
Heartland said they consider adding a ladder a modification to the unit, and they don't provide...
We bought a 2018 396 and didn't have the bunk or outside ladder. I don't get not having an outside ladder. We also didn't get the matching sink covers. These 3 things we thought were standard items. Our dealer (National RV Detroit) basically refuses to help us with anything.
I paid $4000.00 to get my 2018 Torque 396 delivered to me here on the west coast. It's going to finally arrive on Friday after ordering it on March 6th. Is it customary to tip the transport driver?
Thanks.
Heartland said in early May that they had a 250 unit backlog on Toy haulers. Mine is finished, now it needs to go to the dealer so they can do the PDI. What is your rate per mile?

It would also save around 4k in delivery charges. I would have to eat a week of...
Dan,
You are probably correct about the transport companies being the bottle neck. I just can't figure out why the Dealer will not communicate that. We have a reservation next month at Yellowstone that I made months ago, I just hope we don't have to cancel.

John...
We purchase our New 2018 Torque 396 back on March 6th. We put our money down and was told there was a 6 week lead time by the RV dealer. I figured 6 weeks to build and another 2 weeks for PDI and freight out to the west coast. Well, it’s been 12 weeks now with no idea when I can expect delivery...
I want the best ride possible without breaking the bank. The torque fully loaded is about 20k lbs, the Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box M19, 21K is about $850 at camping world. Does anyone know if it is worth the money?
Thanks.
We just purchased our new 2018 Torque SS 396. It was a custom build so we have about a month to go before it arrives. My wife and I are so excited and the kids are going to have a blast. Any recommendations on PDI?
Thanks.
