I am hoping that NADA will include the valuations for the Landmark Monticello since the last time I checked they did not go beyond 2006. It would be helpful to know and should be available for us who may upgrade to a newer model or in an attempt to sell our 2005.:angel:

Thanks for the input. I have added a Valtera slide valve to the hose outlet which has stopped the leaking of fluids. The problem is likely due to the valves not closing due to "junk" in the black tank. I am going to do some serious flushing of the tanks before opening up the underbelly. Bob
