I have a in-line water filter for the whole unit, but I still carry bottled water to drink. Who knows where the water comes from, wether it is treated or whatever, I fell safer with bottled water to drink. Burt

Likewise, since mine is a 2009 model that we bought at the first of this year, we have had no problems with the bed. From kids to adults sleeping on it including myself, I feel it is much better than a regular sofa bed. Burt

I bolted a small safe in the hamper area of my Bighorn 3400rl, it would be a major job to get it out of there. Look around on the internet and I am sure you can find one that does not weigh that much. Burt

Tried to use my out side shower the other day and it did not go well. Has anyone changed the hose to one of those 25 foot coil type hose or anything better than what comes with the Bighorn?? Thank you, Burt
