I am, Or rather was, having this exact same issue in my less than a month old 3160EL. Needless to say I was not very happy. I just tried putting them on High and low and behold the they grabbed another gear and its cooling off. I really wish my dealer was half as helpful as this forum. Thanks...
I have a brand new 3160el Bighorn. I pulled the access panel in the under belly, mainly just to look and noticed the vent down there isnt connected to anything? I thought this was a heater vent? heres 2 pictures, Thanks everyone.
Ok a 2nd question that might be a stupid one, Are all LEDs dimmable? Can anyone from Heartland confirm that a dimmer switch on there LED lighting won't cause my new trailer to spontaneously combust? Thanks everyone

Hello Everyone, I have a Bighorn 3160EL on order I will be picking up in 18ish days. Im wondering if there is a way to put dimmer switches on the LED lighting? I love the light LEDs provide, I have them in my house and almost always keep them dimmed. Is this possible in my new trailer...
Also I searched and could not find a PDI form on here, Does anyone have a link to one? My dealer said he wanted 3 days to PDI the unit after he gets it but it never hurts for me to have a look as well.
