My 2009 cyclone is doing the same thing, flexing on the right side at the hinges. The fiberglass is cracking. The unit is kept under a metal shed, So it should not have gotten wet (except when camping) and everything seems to be sealed. I agree that Heartland should at least help get this type...

Garage Screen does not stay down I purchased 2009 3795 on April 26, 2008. The problem with the screen not staying down still existed on my unit. After looking at the bottom of the screen I found that the magnets that are supposed to hold the screen down were not mounted in the proper direction...

I just picked up a new 3795, my problem is no switch to turn off the outside speakers, if they are using the fader won't that effect the 4 speakers inside when watching a DVD? I have to be able to turn off the outside speakers or the neighbors may start shooting.

Most of the Trucker are like the rest of us and can not afford to park thier trucks for a week without pay. But, they could skip states for refueling i.e. get together by fuel in Florida, skip refilling in Georgia, refuel in Mississippi etc. and the states would be screaming about lost tax...
