Mine did the same thing. I took the taillight cover off, removed the 2 lower screws holding the taillight on, slide the license plate behind the taillight and put the screws back in. Works fine.
I've had the aluminum anderson hitch for a year now pulling a 39ft toyhauler. The hitch pulls the trailer great with no clunking and jerking like other hitches. The trailer also has more side to side movement when going over uneven ground. The only draw back that I see is you have to raise the...
My Sailun tires showed up yesterday. I ordered the 5540992 since the 8244393 are discontinued. They are labeled "trailer use only" and made in China. I hope they are the same quality as the previous ones.
I have been told by Sailun that the 8244393 tire has been discontinued and replaced with the 5540992. The 2015 brochure shows the 5540992 is for truck or trailers with the higher load rating.

Do you recall what the part number was for the tires? I see they list 2 different Sailun G637''s on their website. Sailun also shows part #5540992 has a load rating of 4080 lbs and the 8244393 has a load rating of 3750 lbs for the single axle. Does anyone know what the difference is between the...
GMCaddic,
We've only had the 321 for a couple of months but really enjoy it. I had to move the tie down points in the garage for a polaris 900 4 seater. The garage area doesn't have much heat so it gets cold at night. I switched the sliding glass door around so the heat vent in the kitchen will...
I would think Heartland could tell me what options my trailer has or doesn ' t have, but maybe they don't really know. They had my VIN when I called in. I have a switch labeled for the electric HWHTR on the monitor panel that draws 3 amps when turned on.
It took a week to get the answer. They had to go to the cyclone factory rep since they are built in the same plant. I checked the current and when the switch is on it draws 2 amps. I had to send pictures of the switch and the breaker to Heartland for verification. It's too bad I can't read the...
I just heard back from Heartland on the mystery switch in the Torque 321. They say it is for the heated bathroom and bedroom floors. I wonder if all the 321's have this option.
Make sure your batteries are fully charged since the furnace fan will be running. If you have the Dometic thermostat and hooked up to power the a/c fan will run in the AUTO mode of the thermostat. You can select furnace mode on the thermostat and the a/c fan will turn off.
