You might want to consider a standard length mattress and find a suitable filler to make up the difference in length. Unless you are very tall.
Might be a lot cheaper than a custom mattress. Custom mattresses.

I can think of a couple scenarios that I have gone through.
My bedroom door, which is attached to the slide would contact the striker but didn't didn't allow the door to fully close. I removed the entire jamb strip and removed the shims that were installed during the build. Replaced strip. You...
You mentioned that the propane tank was empty. When you got your tank refilled and when you turned the tank valve on it's important to open that valve slowly.
Try turning the tank valve off for a few seconds then slowly turn it on again. Turn your thermostat back to heat.
It's worth a shot...
Before you decide to tighten that cable be sure to read the proper guide on how to do it. Check it out in the Tools tab above.
On some slides there will be one cable that is tight and one that is loose on each side when the slide is out.

I have a 2011 Bighorn 3585 which is the exact floor plan as your 2011 Grand Canyon. My ice maker shut off is located behind the basement wall near where your city water hookup is.
Your water flow issue is could the result of a cheapo water pressure regulator. They limit water volume as well as...
Some converters see integrated as part of the 120 volt breaker service panel.
Disconnect from shore power, pull the breaker panel out and have a look.

The one thing that is pretty common with the symptoms you describe is that there could be both hot and cold shower turned on at the faucets and off at the shower head. This kinda mimics the bypass valve at the water heater.
Speaking of, are your water heater bypass valves in the correct...
The vent cover is a standard 14x14. I don't think you can replace it without going up on the roof.
I found some replacement covers on eBay here.
The cover is riveted on so take the appropriate tools up there along with a pop rivet gun to secure the new cover.

Congrats on your new rig.
What model floorplan do you have?
Those tank monitors that we all have are pretty much useless to most of us. Don't trust it.
There was a recent post about tank monitors.
Here it is.

Have you plugged in to that in the past? Is it a dryer receptacle? Wired correctly?
To answer your original question, I don't think you will find a schematic for your rig but you could call Heartland Customer Service and ask.
