    Edge m-18 Tow Vehicle

We towed the M21 fully loaded with a Toyota 4Runner, 4.0L V6, around Texas with no problem (rated at 5,000 pounds towing capacity). However, for extended trips involving mountains, we wanted something more substantial, so we upgraded to a V8 4.6L Toyota Tundra (towing capacity 8,600 pounds). I...

    Pictures of New Red Graphics?

Relax! You'll love it! Hoppy, We bought our first TT (Edge M21) last month, with the same anxieties, after tons of homework and comparison shopping. It has turned out to be easier and more fun than we had even hoped; in fact, we're going out later today with it for the weekend. Keep the...

    Our 2010 M21 Edge (Bailey)

Wow! Gorgeous! Every time I see the full body paint job, I'm envious! That little blue 'fridge light is a killer, isn't it? Having used other TT 'fridges, I've got to say, this one is a really nice upgrade.

    Second Battery Solution

Box modifications Thanks, CNC, I did as you did, cutting the battery boxes to their absolute minimum (handles, covers -- all gone!). It's a tight squeeze and a bit of a hack job, but it should at least run the lights a bit longer. Had to replace the battery from the dealer with a smaller one...

    Second Battery Solution

Lots of folks expressing an interest in more battery capacity. Could you incorporate a bit more space into the battery tray, provide for a secondary (ventilated) storage area in the "basement," or come up with a custom battery box which would hold two batteries?

    Additional Battery for M-19

hack job I ended up cutting the handles off the battery boxes with a box cutter, then smoothing them up with a file. You really can't see 'em back there, so if it looks a little rough... eh?

    Edge

Ron, We pull an M21 with a 6-cylinder Toyota 4Runner (with over 100,000 miles on it) without any problem. It even handled well BEFORE installing the brake controller! Doug

    2010 Edge M21

2010 Edge M21 Interior Can't help myself. Here are a few of the interior, before "making it ours."

    2010 Edge M21

Here are a few of our new Edge M21, fresh from the lot. We'll put up some of the interior when we get it looking a little more domestic.

Edge M21 and maximum lcd screen

We put a 32" lcd screen on the table and had room left over, but not much. We think 32" is about perfect. We didn't mount it because we'd like to be able to move it around as the urge strikes.

    Generator

After a lot of research, I settled on the Yamaha EF30iSEB with a trifuel conversion. The problem, in my mind, of hauling gasoline is -- hauling gasoline! I've got some rolling 14 gallon tanks I could use, but the stuff just reeks no matter how you clean it up. The idea of keeping gallons and...

    Down the road we go..

Bobcat, Where are you now? In the past three weeks, we haven't yet had a day below 100 degrees in Central Texas. Bet you're doing a little better than that!

    2010 Edge M21 A/C Model and Amperage

I'd seen in a couple of postings where people had to make their own "sync" connectors in order to let both units produce full power simultaneously; not sure why. This seems to be common to both Honda and Kipor 2000 units. I was strongly inclined toward your solution if only to reduce the weight...

    2010 Edge M21 A/C Model and Amperage

We checked the M21 out on a couple of occassions when it was pushing 100 degrees outside; even in direct sun, the A/C seemed to keep up reasonably well. This is a crucial selling point for us since we live in Central Texas. Redfish mentioned a ducting problem with his A/C; is that a...
