My repair at Lippert took about 6 weeks but besides the 5 " crack it was bent down and also bowed out.

I had the same problem with slide in Big Horn. The slide was cocked. What I found was a 5 inch crack in I beam right above rear shackle. I brought it to Elkhart and Lippert repaired it out of warranty. I dealt with Mel Jones at Lippert. He said he would make it right and he did. He did the right...

Bill putting in new screws how did you manage putting pressure on screws with limited room. Did you get new top rollers from lippert or somewhere else? Thanks for the help Dennis

Looks like it's a top roller that came out. Has anybody replaced a top roller and would like to share experience? thanks Dennis

Bad end to beautiful week went to close slide and found it didn't close all the way. The reason tore up floor. Moved slide out and one of the rollers fell out from bottom of slide. Was able to close slide and get home. It's always something!!:(:(

Re: Bighorn MSRP FBP Well in 2014 I bought my Big Horn and the did offer FBP was disappointed I said my next Big Horn would have it and now they did away with it as option. Why it doesn't cost them to offer it. Would not go up to Landmark to much money. Hopefully when ready to buy new Big Horn...

Kitchen slide when I go to close it seems like bottom front corner hangs up then it gives way and closes fine slide looks straight. Has anyone had this problem. ? Thanks Dennis

Re: Bent and cracked frame This unit is a 2015 Big Horn 3160. I think that when Lippert rewelded spring hangers they weakened rail. Unfortunately I probably have to wait for Tuesday because they might be closed on Monday holiday
