B&W BWRVK3300 hitch with Cyclone 4005 - ok?

Hi there, I would like to know if B&W hitch is good for towing cyclone 4005. The rating of the hitch is 20k lbs and the GWVR of the 4005 is 20k lbs. Wonder if this combination has margin for safety. The truck is 2017 F350 with factory pucks.
