Where do you get these knobs?

We just purchase a 2012 Bighorn 3670 which was manufactured 10/03/2011. In the closet next to the antenna booster is a wire with a five pin plug on the end which extends from the closet wall. Wondering if anyone knows what this wire is used for?

They have shortened them up in length maybe a foot. From looking at other pictures of Bighorns on the internet, I would say this was just done sometime late summer or early fall.
