I FIXED IT! so if anyone else has this type and this problem.... you hold down the mute button and it will display zone2 off or on

We just bought a Heartland Trail Runner which has an Axxera radio. When we play the radio, both the internal and external speakers play. We would like to set it to not use the external speakers, but we can’t figure out how using the settings. Can y’all help?
