Not just replaced but torqued !! They do stretch and you'll be amazed how far you'll go till tight/torqued! Call a local spring shop or look online. To determine the size/torque used an open end wrench fastest way. Little more work but it'll be done correctly and if not torqued they will hold...
Hi Kevin ~ We're all set on site 33 coming in on Thursday night ! My wife ad I have both done the zip lining several times at Berkshire East and we're heading up son to try the new mountain coaster. Those of you even curious about the zip lining, PLEASE PM me and I can offer some inside...
Not trying to steel the thread here but the title got my attention. My question is can the parts be bought and installed after. I would love to add the 4 extra legs to my Bighorn 3610 to make it 6 point leveling. Thanks
I would have bought it on mine but got tired of waiting. Did add aftermarket bags myself. The factory air ride is supposed to make the empty ride less harsh. With the long bed and 4 doors. I think mine rides pretty darn nice, it is a truck. The real benefit of the bags when towing is to...
The rear outsides wearing are something you should look into first. My old '99 and my new '14 wear even on the rears. The fronts wear on the outer edges and I rotate them to the inside rear. My new truck is like yours with the wheels are only finished on one side. I was either going to polish...
Sorry to hear about that. We've all done it, if not yet it's just a matter of when. I know you're a ways away but close to me is a body shop that specializes in RV repairs like that and would be easier then replacing the whole rear cap. Remember when they replace the whole cap all the paint...
I agree, it looks kind of dark however I'm sure the picture doesn't do it justice at all. Would really like to see it in person prior to making up my mind.. Gee and I just bought a silver/grey truck.......:(
I've owned a dually for over 14 years and used it everyday. Not the most practical I know, but I do. You'll learn that most of the time it's faster and easier to park out away and walk in instead of circling around for that spot up front no matter what you're driving. I just think of the...
This should be interesting: RV show at Six Flags New England 8/21 - 8/24 10:30 to 7 https://www.sixflags.com/newengland/special-events/celebration/summer-rv-sale-show
Wow what a weekend! Thanks to Deb & John for planning such a weekend ! It was great to meet everyone and put faces with screen names. It was our first rally and with everyone's warm welcome it made it a great weekend. "mom" had great time ! ! ! ! Thanks to everyone for making such a welcoming...
if an injector is leaking enough fuel to overfill the oil it should also be running rough/skipping. With new injector pressures and the electronics firing more than once each cycle any flutter should be felt I just don't believe all this is caused by an air filter
Hey Breaker666 Congrats on your new Bighorn ! ! Any pictures for us to see? Sounded like a good party. Welcome to the Heartland family and good luck with your new Bighorn. Enjoy !
Not sure of the part numbers Hainebd, however I know someone who looked into having it done on his new Ram 2500. With the cost of the added labor on top off the kit he went with a standard rail kit from Reese. Sorry not much help. Call around and ask, just make sure they quote you for the...
