That's how it's supposed to be. Just put a bucket underneath it with the hose going into it and it'll work just fine. Hope this helps.

We love our 3912 and wouldn't have bought anything else. We looked at over a dozen different trailers and we kept coming on back to the Cyclone. It sure beats the heck out of our WW. There's nothing that I could want on our 3912 that wasn't already on there. It's fantastic!

For those of you that put 16's on your trailer - which brand did you use? We're thinking of doing that but are having a hard time finding 16's with the E rating. Thanks.
