Re: ATF: Landmark - Wrong VIN, Wrong Responce from Heartland This Landmark only had 2 owners---the first one in Texas and then sold to a fella in Utah. The VIN on the decals was wrong when it left the factory---yes the 9th number was wrong---and the VIN on the certificate of title was different...
