I noticed on my 31 QBS that the bottom rear corner does not seem to close as flush to the exterior wall as the rest of the bottom edge. Is there a way to adjust this? I had it in for warranty service over the winter to have the vinyl flooring replaced. I'm wondering if they had to touch the...
Just got back from a trip with my 2 year old in our 31 QBS. This is the first time he noticed the breaker panel door in the bunk room. He almost got it open and I'm concerned that he will get his tiny hands inside there and get hurt. Any ideas on how to secure it? I know they mount the...
My 2008 31QBS is at the dealer right now waiting for factory approval to replace my vinyl floor. There was a self tapping metal screw left under the slide in the factory. As the slide was opened, the screw snagged the floor, stretched it and created a bubble with a small hole. The dealer told...
Still haven't installed the barrel bolts cause the ones I bought were too short to reach the floor. Gotta go back to Home Depot or Lowes to find some longer ones.
Thanks for all the tips. I have tried tweaking the snaps, but the way they were installed puts too much force in a direction they're not designed to hold. I've also tried making sure the plastic brackets on the top of the door are secured properly before each trip, but I think once the snap...
We've been on 2 trips with our 2009 31QBS and both times the front and rear bedroom sliding doors have moved or come off the track. The plastic straps and snaps are not strong enough to hold the doors from sliding. I took it to the dealer for a few minor warranty repairs and they told me there's...
I just got back from the dealer with my 2009 31QBS. We bought it in Oct 2008 and have used it twice. Once in the fall with the heat and once in April during a hot weekend in the 90s.
The Heat is OK. But it is not balanced very well. The rear bunk room does not have any heat vents and we either...
I was thinking about installing one on my 2008 31QBS. The only problem I saw was the top fridge vent in the wall of the slide appears that it will interfere with the bracket for the slide topper. Anybody have a 31QBS with a slide topper?
I have a 2008 North Trails 31 QBS and we had the same problem with our AC and half time oven. The dealer said we need to shut off the AC when we use the oven. Not a big deal, except when we want to cook something for like 1/2 hour during the summer when we really need the AC. My father-in-law...
That clears it up for me. But I have very little heat coming out of the duct to the front bedroom and the bathroom gets VERY warm. I guess it's good to have a warm bathroom for taking showers, but the bedroom should also have a little more flow from the vent.
