Having voltage at all the breakers means the break in voltage is between the breaker and the outlets. Each slide has a j-box, before the flex line on the slide. Check those boxes for power next and let us know.

I bet you get the " you need to check your connection every 90 day". After the first 90 days you are on your own regardless of workmen ship or defect.

When you are towing, you can add or subtract gain by hitting the plus or minus keys by the manual trailer brake handle. Find what you like and save the settings for that trailer. Start high and work down. Never the other way. Enjoy your new truck.
