I have a Xantrex 3000 watt freedom inverter/charger with auto gen start. I also have 4 Trojan T-105 6 volt batteries. The inverter would handle it easy and but I don't like to put that kinda drain on my battery bank. I didn't think it was that many watts. I can still run it when I have my...

I have a clear light switch that illuminates red when turned on just under my sink in my Cyclone 3210. it does not illuminate when just running 12v but illuminates when switched up and the 110 is on. Anybody know what this does? I could not find it in my owners manual.

Can you post pics of what you did? You mounted it above the door under the TV? Also does you AUX surround sound still work? You just ran the RCA's from the DVD player under the TV to the audio head unit?

Thanks for the info. I was hoping to get something to go right into the same hole, but can't find anything. I guess I could put the Blu-Ray player in the cabinet above the entertainment system, but I don't think it will fit.......
Does anyone have the freezing problem on the VS755? I found one thread where someone reported keeping it cooler and it didn't freeze. I don't really want to sit there with a fan on a DVD player that is dangling out of my Entertainment Center.
Does anyone know of a replacement for this...
Well, I got the hauler back and the battery bank and inverter worked awesome during the whole trip! I don't even think I need solar.....The battery bank would just not get low, around 12v was as low as it would get running the TV's lights furnace and everything all night! Here are some...
Yeah, that sounds like a better idea. Do you think the 200 amp fuse is good enough for my dune trip? I'm not running the A/C or Microwave....Also what size breaker do you think would be good? The manual says 400 amp max. The biggest I could find on the net was about 150amp.
Should there be a sub-panel? is it necessary with this inverter, if I'm not going to use the A/C's or Microwave?

Well, Camping World blew out my 400 amp fuse by turning on the A/C. The service manager called me and told me. They also said did you consider putting in a subpanel? I told them the guy that did the appraisal said I wouldn't need one if I didn't care to isolate from the two A/C's. I said I...
Looks good, the Xantrex I got was soo heavy it had to be installed on the floor of the compartment. I will make a thread on mine also. It is getting installed for me though. I did buy all the wires, fuse, wire the batteries and stuff though.
The installers are going to make all my outlets...
Well, I wired all the batteries in. Camping World is installing the inverter to my specs. I went and checked on it on Saturday and all looked good. They have to call Onan tomorrow to get some info on installing the automatic generator start. I forgot to take pics, but I will when I get back...
Another question....If you look at the pics on the earlier pages of my battery box.....It has the holes on the corners to allow cables to come in. It's not a truly selaed box, do I have to totally seal it and vent it?
