Some dvd's won't play on Genesis 2 system. I see there is a port on the front to update firmware, is there somewhere we can download firmware update? and will this fix the problem of not being able to play some dvd's?

I didn't know there was a different region code on DVD's until your response. I tried to play the same DVD on my laptop and it said the region code was different. Will do some more research on your response. Thanks!

We have tried to play 3 different DVD's and they won't load and play, we can put others in and they play as they should. Any idea of what the problem could be. We are also wondering if there is any way to update the firmware to the player?
