Poor fit and finish. My island was loose and I pulled the bottom out of the storage shelf and installed a 2 x 4 attached to the floor along the side and end and then used finish nails to attach the sides to it. Now it is as solid as a rock.

Mine is in the same compartment at the back of the box.

We installed a 4 tier wire open shelf unit in our w/d closet. We use it for clear plastic totes and other larger items.

Our 2014 had a black switch on the front of the bottom step inside the door near the floor.

Go to your thermostat and switch the fan speed to Auto. If it is on low or high it will run all the time.

We have the same model and year you do and no problems. I did have the bottom track leak as they forgot some sealant on one end of the bottom track. A shot of tub and shower silicone solved the problem.
