    Sailun Truck Tires????

It’s also new tire time for my 2018 Ford F450. I’ve owned Ford’s since high school and almost always replaced with the same tires as OEM, usually Goodyear. I am not happy with the Continental tires that came on the F450 and want to make a change. To research I ran across this post and the very...

    Heartland Warranty

I just read a post on an SOB forum that Forrest River... “just changed their warranty, again, this time to make it what looks like the most restrictive in the industry. As written, if a consumer uses the Rv for 3 3-day weekends one month, and does that again the next month, making it a total of...

    Yellowstone

We scratched May and are booked in mid August with a Cruise America RV flying into Boise on SW for 1/4 the cost of AA into Bozeman. Only plan so far is to pass by Craters of the Moon on the way to overnight in Idaho Falls on the Snake River and enter the parks from the south. Do I need to try...

How much weight in the garage-CY3513

I think the width and length of the trailer will be more of an issue than the weight? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Slide moved out on its own?

Until repaired you could keep the slide from moving by blocking it from the inside with 2x4s cut to length. This is recommended by Lippert on Schwintek slides if you have to travel over the road with the slide motors disconnected. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yellowstone

I picked early May to maybe beat the crowds before school let out... sounds like I need to look at the summer months. Bill your loop hits up a lot of popular landmarks and I’ll want to include it on my route. Thanks for the 411. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yellowstone

I'm planning a trip to Yellowstone in May to support my daughters quest to visit all 50 states before she turns 30. The main objective of the trip is to stay the night in Idaho, Montana & Wyoming while experiencing Yellowstone National Park. After reading a thread on this forum about traveling...

Possible Heartland dealer shakeup in Texas?

I went to the Mesquite Explore USA in the spring of 2014 to buy a Cyclone, the few they had on the lot were last years models with the old style low back couches... a deal breaker for DW. The back and forth and wait to order a new model year turned into a huge ordeal. Then they offered me 40%...

    Check Engine Light

Not really an Amazon fan... so I went to Harbor Freight to find an empty shelve of scanners that were on clearance. At O’Reilly’s yesterday and a guy ask to have his truck scanned and reminded me to check mine. They said if the engine light was off their scanner wouldn’t pull the code... and...

    Check Engine Light

My 2013 Ford F350 6.7 with 80,000 miles started up kind of rough and was clanking louder than normal on a cold morning this week. Lunch time I was sitting at idle in a drive through line and it sputtered with the check engine light coming on, the light stayed on the rest of the day. The next...

EVENT: Heartland Chapter Rally: TX, Abilene - 3/16/2018 to 3/18/2018

I checked with Lauren at Whistle Stop and they DO ALLOW golf carts with no fee. She did ask me if it was gas or electric and when I said it was gas she asked a few more questions... as if it was a lifted cart with a modified motor it might be an issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Verizon Hotspot for internet access . . .

I went to the AT&T store last month to set up my iphone as a hotspot. The rep sold me a tablet for one cent and the unlimited 4G for $20 a month, half the cost of adding it to my phone. I used a whopping 268 MB last month. I've found that AT&T has the best coverage in West Texas.
