+1 on electrical issue. Could be anywhere from a bad ground on the trailer to short in the wiring. My experience with issues such as this is a major pain in the butt. I usually end up replacing complete wiring harness. In your case this might be a bit expensive.

Don't know why exactly but I've always been a X chock guy. I feel that is not only chocks the wheels but when snugged up takes a bit of bounce out of the RV. Even with the 6 point auto level I still use them.

Same staining on ours. However every 3 months I hire a local detail company and it all comes off. Not sure what they use, but next time I will ask them. I also have them apply the Roof UV protector every 3 months.

I would love to get 9 mpg. I get more like 6-7.5 mpg. Even with that low of mpg still no complaints.
