Just purchased a 20011 Heartland Road Warrior and was VERY disappointed (as were the grandkids) that the DVD player does not work! Just ejects disks. Seems to me equipment on a 2-yr-old rig should still work?? What can you tell me???????

We are new owners of a 2011 Roadwarrior 395RW and love it! However, we're wondering if anyone's come up with a long handle or some method to open/close the roof vents and turn the fans off/on?? We're too old to be getting up/down off a stool to do this all the time!
