We had the same issue, just stopped working. When i checked out the side with the motor, the felt strip got pulled up into the device and broke the power wires. I was able to reconnect and will work a little but won't retract back up all the way just about 2 feet. I was hoping to also find...

How did you find or know where the source was? I am having trouble finding a diagram of how the coax is run from source to destinations...thanks for any guidance.

We highly recommend Torque, we bought our very first camper and got the 2016 Torque 325 and love it. We are currently on a 14 day trip covering about 3000. Pulls very well behind a f250 diesel even in the mountains( Utah, Wyoming, Colorado ). No issues and love the options for the value.

My wife and I are traveling for 10 days in the Midwest with our 2016 Torque 325 and enjoying every minute. We have learned so much about the camper and what we need to figure out. Lots of fun.
