What is that picture of?

I cant decide on a generator. would a 7500 that operates 74 dBA from 23 ft be tolerable? I just dont like the idea of running 2 honda 2000's and then adding the fuel extension just to power an air conditioner. I will be leaving the generator in my truck and just lifting the bed cover.
