It turns out that I had turned the battery switch off. However, the unit was still plugged into 110. Once I turned the battery back on the third slide came in. I don't know why two slides woiuld move and the third wouldn't. However, I now know that the battery has to be on.

I have a BC3250TS that has three slides. I can't get the kitchen slide to retract. How do I get it to retract. Also, neither the switch nor the remote will operate the slides. I had to use the switch that is by the battery. The bedroom and entertainment slide will retract. As I am leaving...
We have BG3250TS with a rear ladder that deflects when you just lean on it as if it might pull out of the rear cap. Is there a fix for this problem? Other brand trailers I have looked at don't deflect when leaned on.
