It's more like a dent on a car would be. Needs to be raised probably 3/4" or so in the middle. And feather out. I'm just afraid wood putty or bondo would crack break off and turn to loose rubble under the rubber. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

I'm going to post pics of I can figure it out. From under side I can see the fan and the styrofoam insulation and the metal housing. And a few wires that are un plugged. The wires are on opposite side as the fan. Also I can look up and see the coil as well.
