    RV issues

I see lots of threads asking a lot of questions that does not always have a simple answer. I am with you on wanting to fix the things you can, but sometimes it is just best to form a relationship with a mobile RV tech that you can trust and have him do his job and be back on the road. Generally...

Is it ok to travel with tanks somewhat full ?

There are lots and lots of personal opinions and a lot of variables. Grey water can be dumped on the ground when boondocking but never the black tank. I travel with 110 gallons of water to my destination, but then I dry camp always, and I want my own well water. When I get ready to come home I...

    Awning gas struts

We have a 2014 Heartland Road Warrior 305 toy hauler with the electric awning. I am thinking I may need to replace the gas struts. The part numbers on the strut are 032227-001 380n 2017.7. Help. Need to know where to locate my GFCI braker on my 2016 Heartland 3160el.

Look in your pass through storage area, you would think it would be in an obvious area.

    Filling Water tank.

Try spraying some lubricant on the valve and gently try and work it back and forth, they are fairly stiff to operate. I definitely would not hook up to the overflow hose as if you get it too full it can burst the tank. Again the valve is stiff and you have to use some muscle to move it.

    Solar system

You are set up very well, your needs are more than I use and I only camp alone no woman...LOL>...when I run the AC I just run the generator as I have a 30 gallon onboard gas tank. I have thought about installing more batteries but seem necessary for my use. I may run the microwave occasionally...

    Solar system

I use to dry camp in a primitive manner, always with a trailer though, but now that I am 77 years young I want a few more luxuries.
