Look in your pass through storage area, you would think it would be in an obvious area.

Try spraying some lubricant on the valve and gently try and work it back and forth, they are fairly stiff to operate. I definitely would not hook up to the overflow hose as if you get it too full it can burst the tank. Again the valve is stiff and you have to use some muscle to move it.
