I insulated the Cabinet with the same foil insulation used in the walls and sealed it using vapour barrier tape. This not only eliminated the drafts but also keeps out the cold. Because of the thinness of the material it does not effect the TV Mount. Kirk

I'm not sure what the code is in the US but in Canada an outlet is permitted in a cabinet if there is a disconnect switch to isolate the power from the receptacle when the door or drawer closes. Just an idea.

I would select the 12 Gallon Tank Water Heater. Here in the land of ice and snow the on demand systems are not able to produce hot enough water. However a dual system would be ideal.

Thanks again for your words of wisdom and experience. We went through the unit with a critical eye and so far have only noticed that the driver side Slide sitting flush against the body at the top but out about 1" at the bottom when retracted. Has anyone else noticed this on their unit? KNPMCM
