After closer inspection, I now see your valves on the outside. I guess it kind of threw me since the docking station and pipes below the frame look exactly like mine, but are in fact different. Sorry for the derail.

Unless some are different, it appears to me that this is uneeded. All of the gate valves are inside the "heated" area of the underbelly. That means that all the discharge lines that are exposed to the weather(the ones you wrapped with heat tape) after the gate valves, are empty, unless you are...
