    Interested in MPG 184

Clarice, that was my retirement plan a couple of years ago, and it has worked out great for me. I didn't have any experience with a trailer either. I bought my MPG on my first day of retirement. Then I joined a retired singles camping group. They have been a great help and have become good...

Picking up my MPG 184 this weekend ...

Congratulations on finding a new 184. I love that floor plan. I have a 2011 181 that was gently used. I searched online for quite a while, before I found it in a neighboring state. I love it. There is a thread regarding awning options for the MPG with links...

    Single ladies at Rallies

After reading this thread, I decided to check out the LoW's (Loners on Wheels) group in my area. It has worked out great. We travel to a different place in Oklahoma each month, so I'm getting to see a lot of places I've never been. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Those who have been...

    Mattress Replacement Question

I bought a regular queen 3" memory foam topper and cut off the extra few inches of foam. Then it fit my short queen fine. The mattress went from feeling like a torture device to feeling like sleeping on a cloud.

    Newbie Decorating Question

Thanks for the advise. I haven't tried to hang anything heavy. I put up some Command strips as suggested and ran a cord between them. Then I hung some vintage postcards and some decorative fabric squares on the cord, using cloths pins. I take it down when traveling.

    If you're looking to buy...

Thanks David. I haven't been on here in a while either. First I was busy getting all the stuff together that I needed to take in the trailer. I've been on three campouts and having a great time with the MGP. Storage is challenging, but I'm changing things around as I go. It is working out...

    TV Installation for Dummies?

I bought a used MPG 181 that didn't include a TV. What is involved in installing a TV? Do I need a cable box to use cable at RV parks? Any information is appreciated.

Heartland Survey RE: Reintroduction of MPG

I was just doing a search on Heartland MPG, and went to the Heartland website. A survey form popped up with questions about interest in the reintroduction of the MPG. If anyone is interested in sharing your opinion with Heartland, here is your chance. MPG by Heartland is a discontinued...

    Single ladies at Rallies

Glad to see this thread. I've been concerned about the same thing. I am a single, recently-retired, woman. I want to get out and see the world and enjoy life. I don't think I should have to have a man in my life to do that. And I'm not seeking one. Hope to see new places and make new friends.

    Newbie Decorating Question

I've seen some great ideas for decorating in the forum. I would like to add some personal touches to my MGP. But how do you put pictures or other wall decor up in a trailer? I assume you don't want to use a nail.

    If you're looking to buy...

Thank you. I've gone to RV shows for years, trying to figure out exactly what kind I wanted. I think the MPG is perfect for me. Can't wait to take it out on my first trip.

Hi David. I am the new owner, and I did contact you previously. I am very pleased to have the trailer back home. Now I have to figure out how to do everything. I am new at this.

Interested to hear what you find out. I also have a 2011 MPG 181. Good luck.
