So it might be the nozzle itself jammed up? - Shouldn't I hear a pump motor spool up or something when flipping the fuel station switch to "on"? or is it supposed to be dead quiet.

I've got a new to us 2012 Cyclone 3800 and the fuel station seems dead. I turn on the fuel pump switch on the panel inside and it turns red like normal. Then I go to the fuel station in the back and flip the lever to "on" position and no sound, no nothing and the tank is full of fuel. Fuses...
