Mount Rushmore KOA ( Palmer's Gulch) is fabulous ! Located in Hill City however. CONVENIENTLY located to Rushmore, Crazy Horse and a short drive to Custer NP.
Same experience at the KOA in Jackson (south KOA - I believe there are 2 ?? - one in Teton Park ?? ). The hosts had to round up several of our "neighbors" to move cars just so we could even attempt to get parked.
The plus - it was right on the Snake River with absolutely beautiful views...
When we stayed out there Dick, we stayed at the Flagg Ranch Resort and Campground. It was right by the South entrance ( nice location) for day trips up into yellowstone. We've also stayed around Jackson Hole a couple of times, but found it to be "a drive" to the park. On a map it doesn't...
I got an email from the midwest rep - he clarified that the 2012(s) should have a solid grey color & the change in graphics. Maybe it was a 2012 model EARLY in the production year.
Randall, how does the exterior "stand up" to scratches ? Are you able to buff some of the scruffs out ??
We have the airbags and that's about what husband runs for pressure. He drove OTC (semi ) for > 10 years & grew up on a large farm with "big" machinery / trailers & does 99 % maintenance on our farm now - so he know's his "way around".

Wondering how the Greystone's tow ? Specifically how the weight is balanced on the axle(s) ? Do they bounce "around" / up-down on the 5W hitch on rough roads ??
