    2018 Bighorn 3870

I took the rear wall out to check the back of the panel both intakes were attached to sections of a water hose that went down into the bottom of the camper and I could not see where they attached. Sent from my QTAIR7 using Tapatalk

    2018 Bighorn 3870

Our camper has a bath and a half also two separate black water tanks. There appears to be what I believe is to connections for black tank wash outs one for each tank. When I connect a hose to one of them water squirts out of the other one and does not go to the black tank. Suggestions anyone...

North Carolina License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not

Well since I asked the question about needing a non CDL Class A license to pull our 2018 BigHorn, using an F350 DRW long bed truck I finally have better answers. After talking with the NC CDL division I was advised that with a combined vehicle weight of over 26001 pounds I would indeed have to...

North Carolina License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not

Re: NC License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not Not hauling anything, that is the GVWR weight stamped on the door post certificate. They use the possible weight not the actual weight. My truck with me and the hitch is actually less than 9000 on CAT scales. Thanks

North Carolina License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not

Re: NC License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not The DOT License person said it is not the actual weight but the total GAWR of both tow vehicle and RV. Your towing weights will change on about every trip and would be hard to cover if you did not go high enough. Thanks Barry

North Carolina License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not

Re: NC License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not Yes it was GVWR. (Old people can't type.) The F350 is 13000 and the Bighorn is 16000 = 29000 way over the 26001 Class A listed in the manual requirements.

North Carolina License requirements for towing 5th wheel - Class A or not

Hello New to Big Horn campers have only been able to use it twice since getting it. Checking to see if anyone can tell me if I need a NC Class A license for a F350 dually and 2018 Big Horn combined GAWR of 29000. Have tried to read the manual from DOT and may need to be a lawyer to understand...
